Las dos ayudan al m\u00fasculo a desarrollarse, pero tienen diferencias.<\/p>\n<h2>Whey protein vs. Creatina: \u00bfqu\u00e9 son?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.carethy.es\/nutricion-suplementos\/s_proteinas-creatina_proteinadewhey\">La prote\u00edna whey<\/a> se extrae del suero de la leche, a trav\u00e9s del proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n del queso. La leche entera se corta con alg\u00fan \u00e1cido, separando la grasa del suero. Despu\u00e9s se filtra. Con la grasa se elabora el queso. Y el suero de leche se trabaja para convertirlo en prote\u00edna de suero de leche, o whey.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.carethy.es\/nutricion-suplementos\/s_proteinas-creatina_creatina\">La creatina<\/a>, en cambio, es un \u00e1cido similar a los amino\u00e1cidos que el cuerpo necesita. Se consigue a trav\u00e9s de un proceso qu\u00edmico.
